CIS/Eric was by far the most thorough and transparent installation service I called for estimates. I could tell from others there would be surprises but Eric laid it all out and made it simple. He gave me a referral to a great countertop installation company he uses and his team handled plumbing fixture installations in multiple rooms as well as tile removal and installation in a couple rooms. They worked like a dream with the countertop installation company, and were very polite and respectful of my time, space and property. Eric checked in on the work on most days. Fast forward a year plus later and Eric came out to check those plumbing fixtures for me and didn't charge me for the trip nor his advice. I will happily choose this company again for future needs.

CIS was fantastic! We have an older house that needed a lot of updates and repairs and so have worked with a lot of companies. CIS has been the best experience by far. We hired them to remodel our bathroom. Eric came to give us a quote and explain pricing and options. His communication throughout has been excellent which makes a huge difference during these types of projects. He and his entire crew are great to work with. Matt was on our project a lot and was always very thorough and great about letting us know what was happening. I'm really picky and during the remodel had a list of small changes. The crew took all my feedback and made changes promptly. A year later we really enjoy the improved look and function of our bathroom. They came back to fix a small issue and caught some small cosmetic things I hadn't even noticed and fixed at no charge. Highly recommend to everyone I know who needs kitchen or bathroom work. We plan to hire them again for our other bathroom.

We had our bathrooms updated with new cabinets, sinks and countertops. CIS always let me know if they were going to be late. They cleaned up after themselves very well. They were good at problem solving and listened to my input. After the work was done, they came back when I had a problem.
